Job summary

Archera is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a four-person team, coaching mixed seniority reps and owning the qualified meetings they generate. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to sharpen messaging and maintain a healthy top of the funnel.

In this true player-coach role, you’ll stay hands-on on outbound, refine playbooks, and own weekly forecasts. The position offers a remote-first culture and a clear path to scale the FinOps platform’s pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years carrying and hitting a quota as a BDR/SDR.
• 2+ years of successfully managing a BDR/SDR team.
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring across seniority levels.
• Metrics-driven with forecast accuracy.
• Experience building playbooks and sequences.
• Hands-on fluency with modern sales tech stack (Apollo, Nooks, Gong, Salesforce).
• Experience selling into technical or cloud/infrastructure buyers (FinOps/DevOps) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of four BDRs of mixed seniority, with weekly one-on-ones and live call reviews.
• Own the team’s SQL output and pipeline metrics with daily pulse checks.
• Stay hands-on on outbound, mentor reps during calls, refine messaging.
• Build and refine outbound engine: sequences, playbooks, and target lists.
• Own weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting with Sales leadership.
• Drive improvements to messaging and personalization using testing.
• Help hire, onboard, and ramp reps, deepen domain knowledge.
