Job summary

Sumsub seeks a Business Development Manager to build a strong sales pipeline and win key clients as we expand in Indonesia and the APAC region. You will own the full sales cycle for major accounts, collaborating with product and marketing to drive cross-functional initiatives.

The role demands 3+ years in SaaS B2B sales, strong research and negotiation skills, and fluency in Indonesian/Bahasa. Remote-first culture with flexible hours and international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional products.
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Understanding of fraud prevention and compliance strategies is a plus.
• Outstanding writing, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on the biggest accounts.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategy in new verticals from research to sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with product and marketing on cross-functional projects.
• Represent Sumsub at conferences and act as external speaker in target verticals.
• Educate other teams on specifics of target verticals.
