Sumsub is seeking a seasoned Lead Legal Counsel to support and scale its Contracts Team across APAC and MENA. You will lead the negotiation of high-value commercial contracts and guide risk-based decision-making while driving process improvements across the team.

The role combines individual contribution with legal management, requiring deep knowledge of Singapore and English law and strong leadership of a small contracts group.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience as Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel.
• Expertise in Singapore and English law commercial contracts.
• Experience leading a small team and managing complex agreements.
