Included Health is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to collaborate with leaders within the Care organization, guiding performance management, accommodations, and critical people decisions. You will partner with Supervisors and Managers to embed consistent, compliant practices across a large non-exempt population.

Ideal candidates will be collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to drive owner-ship of performance-management and ADA work from initial consultation to resolution,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR business partnering or employee relations.
• Experience supporting frontline/non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for leaders within the Care organization; coach and partner on people-related matters.
• Own performance-management work for assigned leaders and teams; coach, document, and follow through on actions.
• Advise leaders on complex performance, conduct, policy matters; assess risk and communicate clearly.
