Job summary

ORR Protection is seeking an Account Manager to close sales of fire protection systems and solutions with new and existing clients in Seattle, WA and surrounding markets. This remote, work-from-home role targets prospects, quotes, and contract signings, leveraging strong networking, product knowledge, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in fire alarm/suppression sales, CRM experience (Salesforce), and the ability to manage multi-million-dollar contracts annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in fire alarm/suppression or related industry required.
• Experience in data center, industrial, telecom, power gen, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Proven ability to booking between $2–$3 million in installation or service contracts annually.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects matching ORR Protection profiles across target industries.
• Generate and follow up on leads to create interest in ORR's offerings.
• Communicate with business decision makers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Lead and move prospects through the sales cycle to close deals.
• Perform proposal and contract review activities as required.
• Negotiate and close sales with varying contract lengths and fees.
