Job summary

ORR Protection in Dublin, CA is seeking an Account Manager - Fire Protection Sales to close new and existing client opportunities across mission-critical environments. You will identify prospects in data centers, industrial and manufacturing sectors, qualify leads, present cost-effective fire protection solutions, and guide contracts through the closing process.

The role is remote reporting, with CRM experience and a proven track record in consultative sales.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of sales experience in fire alarm/suppression or related industry.
• Booking between $2-$3 million in installation or service contracts per year.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects that match ORR Protection profiles.
• Generate and follow up on leads and create interest in ORR’s offerings.
• Communicate with business decision makers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Lead and move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close sales with varying contract lengths.
