ORR Protection in Tampa, FL seeks a Service Sales Account Manager to grow recurring inspection, testing, maintenance, and monitoring sales for electronic and mechanical life safety systems. This outside sales role emphasizes new customer acquisition, relationship building, and closing deals, with base salary, uncapped earning potential, and flexible work-from-home when not traveling.

Ideal candidates have a track record in fire protection or related industries, strong prospecting and negotiation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of sales experience required.
• Experience in fire protection or a related industry preferred.
• NICET Fire Alarm certification preferred.
• SPIN Selling or Challenger sales training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business with customers in data centers, energy and power generation, industrial, manufacturing, telecommunications, and other mission-critical facilities.
• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Build relationships with decision makers, assess their needs, and develop cost-effective service solutions.
• Grow business with existing customers by identifying additional service opportunities.
• Partner with Operations to develop and review proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate and close sales of varying complexity, contract length, and value.
