As a Functional Consultant, you will gather business requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for NetSuite environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to analyse and document complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements from customers.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborates with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conducts product demonstrations and customer trainings.
• Assists in testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provides ongoing customer support and issue resolution.
• Keeps up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Documents processes, configurations, and customisations.
