Job summary

Zone & Co is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specs and user stories. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and configure NetSuite-based solutions, and conduct product demonstrations and training for successful implementation.

You will assist with testing, QA, and provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech.
• Willingness to work standard business hours in the EMEA timezone.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation (ERP/CRM).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Document processes and configurations for future reference.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.
