Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC, known as Zone, seeks a Functional Consultant to translate client requirements into functional specs and user stories. You will work with our NetSuite-focused fintech clientele to design, configure, and demonstrate solutions that meet business needs and drive successful implementations.

This fully remote role involves testing, QA, client training, pre-sales activities, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within fintech.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects (ERP/CRM).
• Ability to analyze and document complex business requirements.
• Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design/configure solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Document processes and configurations for future reference.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations.
