Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial operations, AP, FinOps, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling invoices, POs, contracts, and budgets.
• Proficient Excel and data-analysis capabilities for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate and approve monthly Co-Lo invoices, POs, and line items.
• Maintain accruals, forecasting, and reporting for budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and finance to resolve issues.
• Support process automation and improve invoice extraction/validation.
