Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Financial Wellness Consultant (Prosper Wise) to cultivate executive relationships, advise on wellness strategies, and drive program governance. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial wellness services and measurable outcomes for large employer clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Requires four years of experience in relationship management and/or consulting (financial wellness, retirement/benefits, financial services).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex clients and engaging senior stakeholders.
• FINRA Series 65/66 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders (HR, Benefits, Finance, senior leaders).
• Serve as the primary contact for Prosper Wise and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Lead governance meetings and coordinate with internal teams for program delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve participation and outcomes.
• Prepare executive summaries and actions for continuous improvement.
