Job summary
Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage the delivery of our workplace financial wellness program for plan sponsor clients. You will lead onboarding, ongoing engagement, reporting, and operational execution to ensure a top-tier client experience.
In this role, you will support financial mentoring initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 15–25% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the workplace financial wellness program for an assigned portfolio of plan sponsor clients.
- Onboard clients, coordinate kickoff calls, platform setup, and launch readiness.
- Provide ongoing engagement, reporting, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Support the financial mentoring program as needed.
- Travel up to 15–25% for client meetings and business needs.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive engagement and utilization of the program.
