Empower LLC is seeking a Lead Financial Wellness Planning and Advisory Services Associate to handle escalated calls, monitor quality, and coach associates in wealth management conversations. You will use data trends to drive service improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across a multi-site team.

The role emphasizes supervisory reviews, training material development, and collaboration with leadership to enhance participant outcomes and financial wellness education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• FINRA registrations required (7/24/63/65) and fingerprinting.
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls, research issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with Supervisory Managers.
• Coach associates on wealth management and cross-selling strategies.
• Analyze call and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete Best Interest Profile supervisory reviews and training materials.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for performance improvements.
