The role offers a hybrid work model in Bethesda, MD, requiring 3–5 years in client success, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and daily operation of the financial wellness program for assigned clients.
• Conduct quarterly or semi-annual client check-ins to review program performance.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting including participation metrics and engagement.
• Support client retention and grow relationships through program utilization.
• Assist in financial mentoring and group education sessions when needed.
• Coordinate with technology partners for platform setup and client launches.
