Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Financial Wellness Consultant to cultivate executive-level relationships with employer clients and lead Prosper Wise initiatives with internal partners.

The role provides consultative guidance on financial wellness programs, leads governance and engagement, and partners across delivery, communications, operations, product/technology, and sales to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Requires four years of experience in relationship management and/or consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex clients and engaging senior/executive stakeholders.
• Appropriate securities licenses required: FINRA Series 65/66.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards/Benefits, Finance, and senior leaders).
• Serve as primary contact for Prosper Wise and ensure high-quality client experience.
• Advise on program components such as financial education, coaching promotion, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead client governance and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor engagement trends and translate reporting into actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to support retention and expansion.
