The role requires delivering engaging presentations, maintaining compliant content, and analyzing program performance. A strong background in retirement plans and MS Office is essential, with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65/66 — required licenses.
• 5+ years in financial education, planning, advisory services, or related field.
• Experience delivering seminars, webinars, or training to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of defined contribution/defined benefit retirement plans and workplace wellness programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• CRPC designation (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel data analysis and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial education programs (webinars, workshops, campaigns).
• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop educational strategies.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations; maintain accurate content.
• Monitor program performance and industry trends for improvements.
