Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65/66 licenses are required.
• 5+ years in financial education, planning, advisory services, client management, or related field.
• Experience delivering educational seminars, webinars, workshops, or training programs to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of defined contribution and/or defined benefit retirement plans and workplace financial wellness programs.
• CRPC designation or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute financial education programs including webinars, workshops, campaigns, and other client initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Partner with clients and internal colleagues to develop, coordinate, and implement financial education strategies that support employee engagement and business objectives.
• Deliver virtual and in-person financial education presentations, maintain educational content and resources, and ensure materials remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Monitor program performance, participant feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement of financial education offerings.
