Job summary

The Richards Group, an IMA Company, seeks a Financial Strategist to translate complex financial data into client-ready insights and guide benefit strategy decisions. The role supports core financial modeling, claims projections, IBNR analysis, and renewal strategies for self-funded and level-funded clients.

The position offers remote work flexibility with in-person trainings and client meetings; candidates should reside within a reasonable travel distance to VT or NH locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in financial strategy or benefits consulting.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Interacts professionally with internal and external clients via email, phone and in-person.
• Prepares and manages RFPs for self-funded TPA and stop-loss submissions to market with Client Executive direction.
• Collects, manages, and reviews proposals on self-funded TPA and stop-loss marketing events.
• Updates marketing results in spreadsheets for internal use and client presentations.
• Reviews renewals and provides recommendations on renewal analyses for client plans.
