The Richards Group, an IMA Company is seeking a Financial Strategist to join our growing team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys translating complex financial data into clear, client‑ready insights and wants to play a meaningful role in helping clients make informed decisions around their benefits strategy.
In this position, the Financial Strategist will independently support core financial modeling, claims projections, IBNR analysis, and strategic renewal analysis for self‑funded and level‑funded clients. This person will also consult on stop‑loss programs and funding strategies, support financial negotiations with carriers and vendors, and begin representing the Financial Strategy function in client discussions.
This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, client support, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.
Salary Range: $54,000 USD – $67,500 USD
