You will support modeling, renewal analyses, stop‑loss consultations, benchmarking, and reporting, with opportunities to present findings to clients and collaborate with carrier partners.

The role offers remote work with in‑person collaboration and requires reasonable travel to VT/NH locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in financial strategy or benefits consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support core financial modeling, claims projections, and renewal analyses.
• Consult on stop-loss programs and funding strategies for clients.
• Prepare client presentations and provide written/oral summaries of findings.
