Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to lead the implementation experience for add-on customers and serve as the primary contact during deployments of the RealPage platform.

You will establish deployment schedules, collect required deliverables, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with RealPage products or Multifamily industry.
• 4 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation experience for add-on customers.
• Mitigate risks throughout the implementation project.
• Understand customer needs and build a project schedule.
• Maintain customer communication and address concerns promptly.
• Collect deliverables and ensure successful onboarding.
• Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.
