Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in financial services support or deposit account customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with checking/savings accounts, debit cards, ACH payments, and online banking terminology.
• Ability to discuss account information using approved materials and avoid unauthorised advice.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via queues, emails, and calls and classify by product area (deposits, digital banking, transfers).
• Complete verification steps before sharing account information.
• Review activity and transfer status to explain results clearly.
• Explain account features, routine fees, and online/mobile banking navigation.
• Answer questions about ACH payments and card activity, distinguishing pending vs completed actions.
• Log interactions in CRM (Dynamics 365) and track unresolved cases in a support platform (Freshdesk).
• Escalate issues beyond authority with concise notes and follow up on outcomes.
