Talentoma in the United States (Maryland) is seeking a Banking Associate to assist customers with everyday banking questions, explain digital features, and move service requests toward resolution. This fully remote, desk-based role requires a 40-hour work week, collaboration with a customer service team lead, CRM and support platforms, and careful handling of private information.

No prior experience is required, but strong communication, reliability, and the ability to learn approved procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related banking or customer support experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of checking/savings concepts.
• Willingness to learn approved procedures for unfamiliar questions.
• Reliable home workspace with quiet environment and stable internet.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and tickets about everyday banking questions.
• Authenticate customers before viewing account details.
• Explain account features, balances, fees, and self-service options.
• Guide customers through online and mobile banking navigation.
• Record inquiries and actions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Track unresolved requests in a support platform (Freshdesk).
• Manage conversations via phone system (Five9).
• Escalate complex questions to specialists or team lead.
• Follow up to close tickets with clear outcomes.
