Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience necessary; related banking customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with checking/savings concepts and banking terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and review service tickets in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Explain banking features and provide clear, actionable information.
• Guide customers through online and mobile banking navigation and self-service options.
• Record interactions in the CRM with clear notes and next steps.
• Escalate complex issues to the team lead as needed.
• Close tickets with thorough documentation and follow-up.
