Qualifications

• Active industry license or willingness to obtain one (training support available).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using basic technology and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset‑building solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and service.
