In this position, compensation is uncapped and commission-based. Part-time and full-time tracks are available, with first-year expectations ranging from $36k–$48k (part-time) or $72k–$90k (full-time); top performers can exceed $150k.

Qualifications

• Active industry license or willingness to obtain one (training support available)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using basic technology and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for personal and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset-building solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided lead systems
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
• Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and close sales
• Stay current on industry trends and products
• Operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team environment
