You will identify client needs, build long-term relationships, generate new business through networking and referrals, and educate clients on protection and asset-building strategies.

Formación

• Active industry license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using Zoom and Google Meet
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation

Responsabilidades

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset-building solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided lead systems
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
• Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and close sales
• Stay current on industry trends and products
• Operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team environment
