Job summary

You will help onboard new clients, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while adopting new technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
• 3+ years of managing associates and/or teams.
• Healthcare regulatory awareness and CPA/MBA preferred.
• Experience with physician practice revenue cycle management.
• Cost allocation across multi-specialty practices.
• Understanding physician compensation models and productivity impacts.
• Proficient in Intaact, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to transition clients to higher-value services.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup and process documentation.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Support integration of new technology platforms and train team members.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

MBA or CPA certification
