Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with Excel and financial databases.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage projects under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP is advantageous; CPA or CFA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including historical and projected statements, to assess performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide insights.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet client expectations.
• Act as a key contact for clients, communicating findings and recommendations.
• Review junior team members' work to maintain high quality and accuracy.
