Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Demonstrated recent nonprofit accounting experience with grant reporting and Uniform Guidance compliance.
• 4–6 years in nonprofit/public accounting (audit or outsourced).
• 3+ years managing associates or teams.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead US and offshore engagement teams with quality deliverables.
• Coach staff on accounting and financial reporting matters.
