Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help our customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products in our Minnesota branches.

You will deliver excellent customer service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with colleagues to expand relationships while following all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Plus background check requirements including fingerprinting under NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
