Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Cottage Grove, MN, is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. You’ll retain and grow relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll educate customers on online and mobile banking, build partnerships across the bank, and adhere to risk, security and regulatory requirements in a collaborative, inclusive team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Educate customers on online and mobile banking and other digital tools.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
