Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Operations leader to own a financial product line, coordinating implementation, testing, and launches. You will translate requirements into operational plans, develop procedures, and drive efficiency through automation.

You will partner with product, operations and technology teams, manage risks, and provide executive-ready updates on readiness and performance. This remote Canada role offers a full-time position in financial services operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations or banking environments.
• Experience coordinating complex operational changes across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate product requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Experience with operational testing, QA, and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
• Familiarity with product lifecycles including implementation and launches.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Operations: serve as the primary operational owner for an assigned financial product line.
• Coordinate Product Implementation with product leaders, operations, and tech teams.
• Develop Execution Plans outlining workflows, readiness checklists, and timelines.
• Support launches and changes with readiness across systems and documentation.
• Lead Testing and Validation of product functionality and readiness.
• Maintain Procedures and Documentation for consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve tools.
• Strengthen controls and monitoring including reconciliations and audit routines.
• Resolve issues and manage escalations with root-cause analysis.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership with clear updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on pilots and major enhancements.
