Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Financial Platforms to be the first point of contact for clients using our regulatory reporting software. This entry‑level role supports 24/7 follow-the-sun operations, and you will collaborate with global teams to resolve inquiries and maintain high service quality.

The ideal candidate has a finance/IT background and 0–2 years' experience, with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT is preferred.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, business analysis, or working with financial software solutions.
Interest in technology and finance with a desire to learn financial regulations, capital markets and software solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German also required; French advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for clients using financial software; resolve inquiries on business rules, configurations and reports outputs.
Analyze data discrepancies and reporting logic; review logs and configurations to troubleshoot issues.
Guide clients through resolution with clear, structured communication and high service quality.
Investigate regulatory calculation discrepancies with internal teams; coordinate with product and tech teams.
