Hire Feed is seeking a Finance Specialist to join on a full-time basis, working remotely. You will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support day-to-day operations with accurate reporting.

You will reconcile daily transactions, prepare monthly statements, assist with budgeting and variance analysis, and uphold internal controls for reliable financial close. Proficiency in Excel and GAAP knowledge are required, with a meticulous approach to documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet tools such as Excel is required.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders is required.
