Inova Health is seeking a Financial Performance Analyst 3 to join the Revenue Cycle team on a full-time day shift, with a remote work option. The position supports data-driven financial insight across service lines and partners with Finance, IT, and Analytics to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years equivalent experience) and at least 3 years in Analytics/Finance. Remote work is available for eligible states VA, MD, DC, and others.

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics/business or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Mansioni

• Collaborates with operational leaders, Finance, IT, Analytics on projects.
• Analyzes data sources with financial data, costs, revenue trends, and metrics.
• Develops and tests reports from ERP, EHR, and benchmark tools.
• Develops report logic and implements projects like cost accounting.
• Gatheres and reports financial and statistical metrics for surveys.
• Reviews processes to ensure data definitions and integrity across reports.
• Works with Data Management & BI to ensure timely financial reporting.
