Inova Health is seeking a Financial Performance Analyst 3 to support Revenue Cycle Patient Access. The role is full-time with a day shift and a remote work option for candidates in multiple states, including VA, MD, DC, DE, FL and more.

The position emphasizes data analysis of financial data, reporting, and collaboration with multiple departments. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in analytics, finance, or a similar

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Mansioni

• Collaborates with operational service line leaders, Finance, IT, Analytics and other departments on routine and ad-hoc projects.
• Analyzes moderate- to complex data sources containing financial data, costs, revenue trends, and performance metrics and proposes improvements.
• Develops and tests reports and analyses from financial ERP, EHR, benchmark tools.
• Develops report logic, process design and implementation of projects (e.g. cost accounting).
• Gathers and reports financial and statistical metrics for state/external surveys (e.g. VHI, AHA).
• Reviews processes to ensure data definitions and data integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Works with Data Management & BI team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
