Job summary

Culinesse, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our finance team. This fully remote role involves travel and collaboration with Culinesse and Three Oaks Senior Dining to forecast, budget, analyze, and report financial results and operating performance.

You will build regional reports, support senior leadership with planning and ad‑hoc analysis, and develop dashboards to improve visibility into revenue, profit, and cash flow. Experience with Excel and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2- to 3-year financial analyst experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, or a related subject.
• Background in senior living, foodservice, or hospitality preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable ERP/accounting systems.
• Experience with Ramp or comparable expense management/spend control platform.
• Experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasting).

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against KPIs.
• Support regions and lines of business with forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Build and maintain regional templates and reports for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership meetings.
• Assist with annual and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Create dynamic, insightful reporting using business intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to support performance visibility.
• Analyze internal financial data and supplier spend to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives relating to revenue, profit and cash flow; support audit readiness.
