Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a remote call center specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance. You will triage inbound calls, connect prospects with financial planning and retirement advisors, and operate in a remote environment with varied shifts.

You will handle calls from new prospects, introduce the Advice Center, guide customers through the Transamerica experience, and create profiles to assess needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
