Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A CPA certification is preferred.
• Big 4 experience required (KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze financial data and identify key trends to assess transaction impact.
• Synthesize data into meaningful information for target management discussions.
• Prepare and present detailed financial analyses (EBITDA, working capital, debt & capital).
• Lead and manage engagement teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Collaborate to improve processes and methodologies.
• Participate in meetings with target company management and client personnel.
