Navigate Search is assisting a Big 4 deals practice in New York, actively hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers. The primary need is at the Manager level, with multiple openings and strong transaction-services emphasis.

The role involves leading engagements, analyzing earnings quality, cash flow, working capital, and communicating findings to clients while developing junior team members in a hybrid 3 days in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or accounting experience.
• Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction-related analysis.
• Experience managing engagements and client relationships.
• Ability to work in office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Support client relationships and practice development initiatives.

We are working with a Big 4 firm that is actively hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers within its growing Deals practice. The primary need is at the Manager level, with multiple openings available.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
