Job summary

Navigate Search and a Big 4 Deals practice are hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers for its San Francisco operation. The primary need is at the Manager level, with opportunities for Senior Managers.

The role requires leading engagements, managing teams, and direct interaction with clients and senior executives, with hybrid work requiring 3 in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or accounting experience.
• Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction-related analysis.
• Experience managing engagements and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or comparable credential preferred.
• Ability to work in office 3 days per week.

We are working with a Big 4 firm that is actively hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers within its growing Deals practice. The primary need is at the Manager level, with multiple openings available.

Responsibilities
