Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years in month-end close.
• Experience mentoring and leading accounting teams.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and SOPs across the function.
• Lead the monthly close process and manage a 4–5 person team, improving close cycles.
• Oversee multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and equity method investments.
