Job summary

EPC is seeking a Financial Controller to manage and optimize all financial operations from compliance to FP&A and board reporting. You will report to the CFO and collaborate across departments to ensure robust financial controls and timely reporting.

The role requires prior leadership in finance within construction or manufacturing, CPA preferred, and the ability to work remotely with preference for candidates in operating states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in construction/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ASC606 and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage external audits and tax advisory relationships.
