Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Financial Analyst in Chandler, AZ, with a primarily remote schedule and occasional in-office days. You will support financial reporting, forecasting, modeling, dashboards, and operational analysis while collaborating with finance, accounting, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to build financial models and analyze data.
• Familiarity with general ledger concepts and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and analysis activities.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Create and enhance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
• Interpret financial trends, variances, and key performance metrics.
• Investigate fluctuations in costs and operating results to identify drivers.
• Analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams on reporting initiatives.
• Present financial information clearly to management and stakeholders.
