Qualifications

• 8 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare, managed care, Medicaid, or other regulated industries.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial ERP systems (PeopleSoft, OneStream, or similar).
• Knowledge of grants, federal funding, or government reimbursement programs.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and revenue reports.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial reports using Excel.
• Assist with quarterly financial reporting and regulatory deliverables.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance and business partners to meet reporting deadlines.
