Job summary

Noridian Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop and analyze budgets, proposals, and cost estimates for government contracts and commercial pricing. You will build financial models, forecast variances, and present insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and 3+ years in finance. Remote-friendly with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 3 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Significant analytical skills needed to review actual, historical, and forward trending costs

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial forecasts for company leaders and internal/external customers
• Evaluates historical and current financial data to ensure GAAP compliance
• Initiates regular meetings with mgmt to review forecast vs actual costs
• Prepares monthly spreadsheets and presentations on budget statuses and variances
• Analyzes financial information to identify variances and potential concerns
• Develops financial models to support strategic decision making
• Provides financial guidance and cost analysis to leadership
• Ensures timely delivery of reports for government contracts and clients
