NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Smyrna, GA, offering a remote-first environment. You will drive monthly budgeting, forecasting, and G&A expense tracking, while leveraging SQL to pull and analyze large data sets to support strategic decisions.

A 3+ year FP&A background and strong Excel modeling are expected. The role emphasizes cross-functional partnering, actionable insights, and robust financial visibility to support growth and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing datasets.
• Proven budgets and forecasts management for G&A.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for G&A.
• Build and maintain complex financial models.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data using SQL.
• Partner with department leaders to provide actionable insights and improve financial performance.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
