Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Financial Analyst, Category Management to join our strategic finance team in a remote-based capacity. You will own category P&L, maintain financial models, forecast revenue, and build pricing decisions for multiple business lines.

You will develop customer lifetime value models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present insights to senior leadership. The role requires 2+ years in analytical finance and a B.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of analytical financial experience such as strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets; SQL or Looker experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines.
• Act as trusted advisor to category directors with current information, analysis, and insights.
• Own customer lifetime value models and unit economics understanding for leadership decisions.
• Construct and manage frameworks to evaluate initiative size, impact, and prioritization.
• Regularly build Excel/gsheet models from scratch to solve problems or answer questions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set, manage, and optimize pricing across lines.
• Define KPIs, develop scorecards, and automate reporting around them.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for execs and Board.
• Assist in budgeting processes (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights.
